RESPONSIBILITIES:
?To handle in-house site inspections and sales such as walk in clients and any potential clients, inquiries and reservations through telephone or correspondence.
?Represents the hotel during meetings, wedding, cocktails and dinner parties with potential clients and sells the best possible service and the highest revenue in the interest of the hotels as well as the client.
?To accomplish all pre and post function typing requirements.
?To ensure that the filing is done properly and daily.
?To assist in drafting group event orders, inter and intro departments requests or memorandums.
?To schedule appointments for Director of Catering / Sales (Conference & Banqueting) Manager to meet with clients whenever necessary.
?To ensure that the Conference & Banqueting Office is in order, tidy and clean.
?To perform other duties as may be assigned by Director of Catering or Sales Manager (Conference & Banqueting)
