Position: Retail Operations Manager

Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:

Oversee retail activities for Central and South China regions to maintain high standard of quality
Formulate retail strategy and sales initiatives and plan ahead to achieve the desired business objectives
Ensure the retail operations are in line with the company's overall goal, vision as well as headquarters and regional office guidelines
Control, maintain and support operations supplies for boutiques
Formulate business development strategies for expansion of retail business
Assist in product training and other trainings coordination and assess the training result
Visual merchandising material distribution and control
Coordinate with marketing team for in-store promotion and ad hoc retail projects
Requirements:

Degree holder with minimum 5 years' management experience in retail business, preferably with experience in luxury brand
Aggressive in business strategies and operations plans to achieve profit and growth objectives
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Strategic thinker, able to set long term development goals for retail business
People oriented, passionate and customer focused
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in computer literacy
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
