职位描述：
岗位职责：
主要负责接听客户来电，以专业方式处理取件、投诉、询价、业务咨询及其他咨询问题。
为客户提供最新的取件安排状态，安排UPS物料请求，识别并记录客户的问题，并针对服务问题向管理层提出解决方法。完成分配的其他任务 ，无任何销售性质。

岗位要求：
大专及以上学历，专业不限
打字速度较快
普通话良好，持普通话资格证书优先考虑。
有一定的英语基础
性格开朗、有耐心熟悉电话礼仪较强的解决问题及压力承受能力
应届毕业生亦可考虑。
