职位描述：
Day to Day Responsibilities:

Coordinates IAP Manager’s calendars, using Microsoft Outlook.

Schedules appointments and meetings for IAP committee or related events/activities.

Use computer skills to help prepare reports, correspondence; meeting notes, announcements, filing documents and presentation materials through utilization of computer based Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

Assists the IAP Manager with all related matters (travel, expense reporting, local logistics, etc…)

Translates documents between English and Chinese as needed.

Coordinates and arranges vendor and visitor’s logistics and accommodations.

Assists in arranging special events and activities, conferences, reviews, speeches, etc.

Organizes and maintains files of managers

Organize/execute IAP monthly/annual audit, communication and training plan

Deploy IAP projects to plant organization

Input data to IAP system and work with related dept/team to investigate/improve the IAP performance

Plant wide main document control room management

Plant wide imaging device and IAP controls devices management




Education & Experience


College or University, major in business administration or related field

3 years+ related working experience as an administrative assistant.




Required Skills


Good communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent and professional in written and verbal English

Willingness and capability to take challenging, deadline driven assignments.

Proficiency in Microsoft office software.

Special project planning; well-organized, detail oriented, flexible and responsible working attitude
