Objectives of the Position
? Exercises technical management responsbility on color projects/tasks of Chinese Rising Star customers. Working closely with the customer, account, TPE and the lab to achieve the project/task target.

Main Tasks
? Identify specific customer’s color project/task process;
? Identify the customer’s color demand and preference during conceptual screening and styling;
? Define specific visual observation methods for different customes;
? Define operational color target to the lab;
? Internal color judgement before customer submission;
? Verify color feasibility for recommendation to customer;
? Influence the customer on color perception during color conceptual screening phase;
? Lead the color optimization projects.
? EHS Responsibilities: Follow BSC EHS requirement

? Education: Bachelor degree or above on chemical related
? Working Experience: 5+ years color/pigment related technical experience, automotive coatings business preferred. 3+ years of tinting experience, designed background preferred .
? Technical & Professional Knowledge: automotive OEM coatings; Skillful in English 举报 分享
