职位描述：
1. 负责对产品进行市场调查，分析并帮助公司确定产品价格体系，了解行业中的市场定位、以及产品发展计划，并监督实施；开发竞争提供(产品和系统)的数据库,以便相关产品位置分析；
Be responsible for market research, product analysis and help the company to determine the price of the product system, understand the market positioning, and product development plan in the industry, and supervise the implementation; To develop competitive offer (products) and system database, so that relevant product position analysis.

2.提供当地市场开发适当的产品/系统解决方案；
Provide local market development of appropriate products/system solutions.

3. 管理适当的产品组合策略实现经济目标，巩固产品位置和吸引更高的回报；
Managing appropriate product portfolio strategy to achieve economic goal, consolidate the product position and attract higher returns.

4. 管理产品和系统开发计划；
Manage product and system development plan.

5. 监督指导并建立与其他工业行业的战略联盟；
Supervision and establish strategic alliances with other industries.

6. 通过市场/市场情报收集现场访问和销售力量交互理解需求和监控质量；
Through the marketing/market intelligence collection site visits and sales force interaction to understand requirements and monitoring quality.


7.实施相关培训课程的销售团队推出新系统/产品的改进;
Implement related training course sales team to launch the new system/product improvements.

8. 负责产品的技术标准，质量认证，产品检验报告等管理工作。Responsible for product technical standards, quality certification, product inspection report management.

9.开发销售工具来提高规范的销售能力。
Develop sales tools to improve the specification sales ability.

10.计划和执行产品促销策略,支持销售团队，推出新报价。
Plan and implement product promotion strategy, support the sales team, to launch new offer.

11.积极参与行业和政府委员会会议,了解新规范要求和新的规定,以确保产品组合与市场之间的关系。
Industry and government to actively participate in the meeting, understand the new requirements and new norms, to ensure that the relationship between the product portfolio and the market.


岗位要求Position requirements：

1.本科及以上学历，建筑及相关行业；
Bachelor degree or above, major in construction and related industries.

2.具有良好的沟通能力，管理能力及谈判技巧；工作热情，良好的团队合作精神；
Good communication skills, management skills and negotiation skills; Work enthusiasm, good team work spirit.

3. 有化学建材、建筑行业、涂料行业三年以上技术应用及市场管理经验；
Chemical building materials, construction industry, coating industry three years experience in technology and product management.

4. 对外墙保温系统，灰浆和干粉砂浆等辅材领域有一定的产品管理经验，具备相应的知识；
External wall insulation system, mortar and mortar powder, and other areas of the complementary material product management experience, with the corresponding knowledge.

5. 有较好的英语口头和书面交流能力优先。
