Your responsibilities:

The position is located in Hangzhou.
Monthly salary 15K above.

The Head of IT LE China is fully responsible for the success of the Business Unit. He/she shall be fully accountable for the performance of the BU. The key responsibilities are:
? Manage the IT team in China consisting of 3 different locations
? Manage the existing IT environment including future upgrades, integration and maintenance
? Oversee various IT project roll-outs such as new office location infrastructure set-up or a software migration
? Work closely with all business functions to identify problems and provide solutions
? Reporting & alignment & joint project roll-out with head office in Germany and staff from other nations
? Manage Budget and control IT related costs at company level
? Prepare IT investment business cases and discuss with related departments and present to senior management
? Manage IT supplier relationships, warranty agreements, etc
? Ensuing audit activities are supported during preparation, conduct and action execution
? Provide suitable IT system and information security solutions, implement and manage them
? Communicate and train local staff in global IT policies
? Plan IT infrastructure disaster recovery strategy (DPR), Maintain DPR and perform periodical drill
? Support & guidance on personnel expertise and skill development in his/her sphere of responsibility


? Contribute to the openly communication and feedback channel, keeping healthy working environment
? Business travel to China locations multiple times per year and international travel 1-2 per year


Your qualification:

? Bachelor degree in Computer Science discipline, Masters in Computer Science or Business preferred
? ITIL, PMP, MCP is an advantage
? Minimum work experience of 10 years in software implementation and network infrastructure area
? At least 5 years IT project related experience
? Have international work experience, preferred at an MNC
? Experience in IT infrastructure – networks, servers, storage, management of user devices
? Map business requirements to IT system landscape
? Good facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills
? Cooperation in a globally distributed team
? Fluency in Mandarin and English, written and oral 举报 分享

Linde Engineering (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. (LEH) was established on April 30, 2005 and its former “Hangzhou Engineering & Sales Center” of Linde Process Plant Co., Ltd. since from 2002.
