职位描述


Project Manager

Main Responsibilities

· Thinking strategically and act in detail

· Manage Disposal Project from Initial Instruction To Settlement

· Ensure order safety from operation point of view

· Optimizing operation process, keeping alert for continuous improvements

· Assisting GM on strategic operation planning.

· Coaching/leading dynamic teams, achieving and exceeding OP KPIs, P&L targets.

· Define sale strategy, project plan and budget

· Maintain vendor client liaison throughout project

· Coordinate Marketing Plan in consultation with Marketing Manager, Asia Pacific

· Coordinate Operation Plan/strategies in consultation with Operation Manager, Asia Pacific.

· Manage / Carry out Cataloguing and Photographing of Assets

· Ensure correct information is displayed on the sale page & catalogue on Website

· Advise online team when sale should commence bidding

· Deal with enquiries from prospective buyers

· Bridge role among sales, operation and customers, can do attitude.

· Provide sale progress and post sale / wrap up reports to client and NBD contact

· Provide Settlements with Accurate Vendor / Sale Terms Information

· Maintain awareness of paid / unpaid invoices, cancel invoices / resell where necessary

· Other responsibilities and duties as assigned.


Organizational Structure

· Report to General Manager/Account Director of respective country

· A small team of Project Supervisor and Project Assistant (subject to change based on organizational structure)


Qualification Requirements

(A) Education Background

  • Degree in engineering or equivalent

(B) Working Experience

  • At least 5 years project management experience in western companies.
  • Male is better
  • Can work under pressure, willing to grow with company.

(C) Skills

· Project management

· Familiar with machinery and equipment

· Proficient in the use of standard computer software: MS Windows, MS Office, Internet

· Fluency in English

· Easy communicating

 

(D) Other Key Performance Expectations

· Attention to detail

· Quick learner, organized and pro-active

· Availability to travel

· Reliable, loyalty with flexibility

· On board ASAP
