职位描述：
Job Description:
1.Arrange the factory to make the sampleyards after fully understand the client's requirements provided by Italian patentee, including shoes trims,color,size, and technology etc.
2.Maintain the relationship with shoe technician,QC, patentee and clients, to ensure the communication smoothly and meet the client's requests.
3.Arrange the factory to make mass production,monitor and check production status, closely contact with patentee and clients.
4.Diagnose production problems and work with factory to present viable alternatives
5.Prepare merchandising related reports when required
6.Arrange QC to inspect products
7.Coordinate with mutiples to deal wtih the production problems and ensure the product quality and on time delivery.
Required Qualifications:
1. College degree - better major in garment /shoes, fluent in English
2. As senior merchandiser for above 5 years in the famous sport shoes brand/casual shoes
3. Sound technical knowledge in sport shoes/ casual shoes, etc. trims, in the respective product areas up to a level to be able to assess production comments / quality and make sound decisions on alternatives,
4. Sound experience in dealing with multiple relationships and offshore production monitoring.
5. Good command of mass production process
6.Good communication and co-ordination, strong learning ability and can work under pressure
