CRM senior executive leads and manages the delivery of customer loyalty in the full customer lifecycle. However, different from the traditional “brand-say” communication, He /She works to engage customers in a consumer centric approach, and maximizes the use of digital mobile and social channels?as content publisher and as conversation moderator.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage call center
Work closely with agency to
Ensure the best-in-class customer experience when calling in
Optimize operation efficiency to expend service scope from In-bound/Out-bound to fine customer service
Deal with customer complain under brand guideline
2. Manage CLARINS Loyalty Club
Loyalty Club/program should maximize the opportunities to engage customers while maintaining a balance between offering the right types of incentive for the right customers in a way that has a meaningful impact on business.
Plan, manage and execute loyalty program in all channels (offline, and Ecommerce channels). Ensure Omni-channel consistency and efficiency
Drives member engagement in an consumer-centric approach, with creative communication contents, and with impactful interactive campaigns, through special and unique member exclusive initiatives leveraging in and out of store assets
Drives member dialogue and advocacy especially in digital channels
3. Manage overall communication creative include but not limited to
Leverage WeChat to increase brand’s social intake for new recruitment, convert prospects to brand users, and generate the real WOM
Manage the quality of communication content in all types and for all channels with more lifestyle, more emotional touch, and more consumer- centric
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 3- year experience in marketing or CRM function
A strong understanding of consumer engagement
Passion for skincare / beauty industry
Able to think strategically and formulate action plan
Results oriented
Have highly effective and creative written and verbal communication skills.
University degree or above
