职位描述：
岗位职责

1、负责在猎头顾问的指导下，针对客户需求，搜索合适的候选人；

2、负责通过电话沟通，收集高级人才信息，扩大公司的人才库；

3、协助猎头顾问/专家进行项目信息收集，调查企业以及人才相关背景；

4、协助猎头顾问/专家与人才、企业直接联络，整理人才简历和各种报告。

任职要求

1、20——25岁，大专以上学历；

2、具有猎头、招聘、电话营销工作经验者优先；

3、对猎头事业有自己的理解并真正热爱，认同尚贤达的企业文化，富有激情，积极主动，具有很强的抗挫折能力，具有坚韧不拔、排除万难也要达到目标的意志力；

4、具有极强的电话交流应变能力，很好的沟通协调、信息处理能力，善于学习，细心高效，执行力强，良好的发展潜质。
