职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
-Follow recruiting process to fulfill job openings in R&D, Engineering and supporting function.
-Work closely with business team to understand hiring requirement, exchange interview feedback, efficiently recommend suitable candidates.
-Know well about recruiting channel, hands on recruiting experience on candidates sourcing, screening, interview and offering.
-Work closely with other HR function team, a good team player.

Requirement:
-Bachelor degree or above;
-5+ years of experience with manufacturing company or R&D institute
-Good communication skill both in English and Chinese
-Willing to learn and good leading skill
-Result oriented, self-motivated, pursue for excellence
