Responsibilities:
1. To provide full management and financial accounting support. To ensure compliance with Group, Statutory and Financial policies and procedures.
2. To provide detailed cost analysis and remind the senior leadership of cost risk.
3. To ensure monthly Management Accounts, site KPI and Reporting Package are prepared and reported within strict deadlines. All variances must be investigated and corrective actions taken where appropriate in conjunction with the senior management team.
4. Stock control.
5. TP analysis.
6. Responsible for all tax related.
7. Optimize treasury situation through cash pooling etc.
8. To be responsible for all financial audits.
9. Address Strategic and Structural Challenge
10. Human resource: Create a strong team, job rotation and Identify key Finance talent to enhance their capability.
Requirements:
1. Fully qualified Accountant with experience in a manufacturing environment (standard costing/variance analysis).
2. +8 years of experience in Chinese statutory accounting/reporting and +3 years management experience.
3. Fluent English speaker.
4. Experience of dealing with Senior Managers, within both manufacturing and commercial environments.
5. Strong communication skills at all levels.
6. Proven team leader with the ability to manage, motivate and develop staff.
