为关联公司招募如下职位：
汽修门店店长/运营经理

Job Descriptions职位描述：
1、 熟练掌握各个岗位标准操作流程（洗车，快修，内饰清洁的标准操作流程）；
- familiar with the SOP including (car wash, fast repair, interior clean standard operating procedure)
2、 负责整个门店的运营管理工作，包括人员管理，库存管理，设备维护，现金管理，防火工作等等；
- Responsible for the operations of the entire store, including personnel management, inventory management, equipment maintenance, cash management, fire protection work, etc.
3、 监督快修产品的损耗，负责商品的补货和验收。
- Supervise the wastage of spot repair products, responsible for the goods replenishment and acceptance.
4、 有效处理门店突发事件，妥善处理顾客投诉；
- Dealing with emergencies and handle customer complaints properly;
5、 合理安排工作分配，关注员工成长和发展，追踪员工岗位培训，考核，晋升等工作；
- Make reasonable work assignments, pay attention to employee’s growth and development, tracking staff ‘s training, assessment, promotion, etc;
6、 根据集团下达的年度经营目标，制定门店战略规划，并组织实施力保完成；
- Set up stores strategy plan, and organize the implementation according to the annual business goal.
7、定期汇报门店经营情况，为集团公司决策提供支持；
- Report store’s operating conditions for the group‘s decision making.
8、建立门店业务体系，完善各项制度及工作流程；
- Set up store business system, perfect various regulations and working procedures.
9、整合内外部资源，协调门店工作，确保公司资源利用和利润最大化。
- Integrate internal and external resources, coordinate store’s work, ensure company resource utilization and the profit maximization.
10、建立和维护门店经营所需的外部关系，包括客户、厂家以及当地政府, 知己知彼了解同业同品竞争者；
- Build and maintain close contact with customers, manufacturers as well as local government，having comprehensive market overview.


Qualifications任职要求：
1、年龄30-40岁左右；
- 30-40 years old
2、对二手车市场非常了解，经验丰富。
- Experienced in Automotive Aftermarket.
3、有合资或国产汽修门店运营经验；
- Car-Repair operating experience in a Joint Venture or domestic companies.
4、具有分析判断能力，敏锐的市场判断能力，优秀的统筹规划能力，行事灵活；
- Having analysis ability, keen market judgment ability, and excellent overall planning ability, flexible.
5、沟通能力优秀，具有领导力、执行力；
- Good communication skills and execution, with leadership.
6、英语水平优秀；
