Job Description 岗位描述

• Working aggressively to conclude orders with customer 积极工作并与客户达成订单
• Visiting customer frequently and maintaining good customer relationship 积极拜访客户并与客户维持良好的合作关系    
• Communicating clearly with customer to clarify the technical requirements 与客户沟通，明确技术需求；
• Preparing the quotation 制定报价单；
• Technical clarification with customer independently 独立与客户进行技术澄清与沟通；
• Commercial negotiation independently with customer and risk management 独立进行商务谈判和风险管理；    
• Preparing the manufacturing instruction and project handling 下达生产指令和项目管理；
• Actively following up all payments to be paid by customer 跟进客户货款的支付；
• Communicating with headquarter and other departments independently for order execution, as well as new project 与集团总部以及其他部门沟通协调，保证订单的顺利执行；
• Working together with process and lab team for trial / FAT test 协调安排实验室进行实验和出厂前的测试；    
• Communicating with service team for on-site commissioning / startup 协调安排服务人员进行现场调试或开车；    
• Working together with process team to offer process supports to customers 协调安排工艺团队给客户提供工艺技术支持 ；
• Coordinating internally to fix the complaints from customer until satisfaction 协调公司内部人员帮助客户解决问题并使客户满意

Education 教育程度

• Diploma degree or above大专以上学历
• Major in mechanical engineering and design, polymer science will be as plus.机械工程和设计以及高分子材料专业优先

Certification、 license & Special Training资格、证书及特殊培训

• CET6 will be as plus.英语6级优先。

Experience 经验

Minimum of 2 years sales experience in machinery / chemical industry.

2年以上机械/化工塑料行业销售工作经验

Critical knowledge and Skills知识和技能

• Proven analysis, coordination, communication, planning, studying and executing ability. 分析、协调、沟通、计划、学习与执行能力
• Negotiation ability 谈判能力
• Be familiar with computer and MS office熟练使用电脑及MS office
• Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing ability (mandatory)有良好的英语听说读写能力（必须）
