Job Description
制定并实施市场线上推广和销售方案：对市场、产品和竞争对手进行分析，根据分析结果制定线上、线下营销推广战略，以及具体实施策划方案，确保方案和产品营销战略一致
Formulate and implement the online and offline promotion and sales schemes, make a plan for the online and offline marketing strategy based on the results of analysis from the market, products and competitors and implement the specific planning scheme to make sure the scheme is in line with the products marketing strategy.
营销资源掌控与整合：网络资源挖掘、整合；媒体资源的深度挖掘及整合运用， 策划和计划各类营销资源的拓展行动
Control and Integrate marketing resources: excavate and integrate the internet resources; explore deeply and integrate media resource, plan the various extending of marketing resources.
在线活动：协助进行在线市场活动的策划，与合作伙伴和供应商进行紧密的沟通 和协作，确保活动的顺利进行。
Online activity: assist the strategy of the online market activity, cooperate with the partner and vendors closely to guarantee smooth proceeding.
了解和发掘客户需求及购买愿望，介绍自己产品的优点和特色，并将信息反馈给课程研发主任
Know about and explore the needs and purchasing desire of clients, introduce the advantages and features of our products and send the feedback information to the Product Development Manager.
数据库营销：负责EDM的发送执行和反馈数据收集
Data base marketing: Responsible for the sending, implementation of EDM and feedback of the data collection.
媒体关系：与其它合作品牌，意见领袖，垂直化媒体进行日常的沟通和关系维护 。
Media relation: Conduct daily communication and relation maintenance with other cooperative brands, opinion leaders and vertical media.
任职资格
Qualification
熟悉互联网产品或教育产品销售工作，了解与搜索引擎相关的在线市场营销，有5 到8年的市场营销工作经验，有在金融服务领域工作经验的优先。
Familiar with the sales about internet product and education products, know about the online marketing related to the search engine, the one with experience in financial service sector is preferred.
