Responsibilities:
Job Title：Purchasing Assistant 

Requirements:
Principal Accountabilities - Assist NPR team to place the purchase order in SAP system
- Fax and send the purchase order to vendors
- Contract and documents filing and tracking
- Track the documents with cross functions
- Assist the team administration job, like travel booking, etc - Other works assigned. - 协助NPR团队在SAP系统中处理采购订单
- 传真以及发送采购订单给相应的供应商
- 合同及相关文件的归档和追踪
- 追踪跨部门间的文件
- 协助完成团队的行政工作，如出差相关的预定工作
- 其他采购相关工作

Additional Information:
Qualifications and experience
- Willing to learn and do, efficient and take responsibility
- Skillful in MS office - Good command in English
- bachelor degree
- 有强烈的学习和工作的意愿，能保证较好的工作效率并且肯于承担责任；
- 熟练使用Office软件；
- 有一定的英文能力
- 本科或以上学历
