KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要职责

1. Understand the sensitivity of process operating conditions, and process stream properties, take part in engineering activities in process aspects, including proposal preparation, P&ID design, preparation of process control system user requirement specification, hazard studies, design reviews, (pre-)commissioning, plant start-up

2. Represent the company interests in the project towards the engineering design institute, vendors, construction companies, etc. Supervise the execution of process calculations and simulations.

3. Establish the project process requirements, prepare, check, review and maintain process documents.

4. Provide functional support to the project engineers regarding the process engineering, including the necessary modifications to the P&IDs, relief stream calculations and piping calculations.

5. Take part in the new plant process control system development, FAT, SAT, supervise and organize a team to support the different stage of system testing.

6. Prepare and maintain of plant performance guarantees and plant operation manuals. Prepare and maintain commissioning documents as specified by the commissioning manager including hydrostatic test diagrams. Organize and supervise a team to implement testing (e.g. loop test, sequence trial) as delegated by the commissioning manager.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE 技能，知识及经验

1. BS degree in Chemical Engineering or other relevant engineering discipline;

2. Preferably university degree with further experience in the area of engineering project

3. University graduate is acceptable under the conditions that evidence shown the candidate’s personal characters, potential abilities can fit the role in near future.

4. Good written and oral communication in English and Mandarin

5. Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, AutoCAD.
