职位描述：
1．全面计划、安排、管理市场部工作；
Comprehensive planning, scheduling, management, marketing work

2．制定年度营销策略和营销计划；
Set up the annual marketing strategy and marketing plan

3.协调部门内部与其他部门之间的合作关系；
Coordinate between internal and other departments relations of cooperation

4.制定市场部的工作规范、行为准则及奖励制度；
Develop marketing job specification, code of conduct and reward system

5.指导、检查、控制本部门各项工作的实施；
To guide, inspect and control the implementation of the work of the department

6.拟订并监督执行市场规划与预算；
To formulate and implement market plan and budget

7.拟订并监督执行公关及促销活动计划；
To formulate and supervise the execution of public relations and promotion plans

8.负责企业品牌的推广及品牌运作工作，定期组织市场公关、广告宣传、促销等活动；
Responsible for corporate brand promotion and brand operation, organize regular market public relations, advertising, promotion and other activities

9.对市场进行科学的预测和分析，并为产品的开发、生产及投放市场做出准备；
Scientific forecast and analysis was carried out on the market, and for the product development, production and market to make preparation
10.拟订并监督执行市场调研计划；
Market research plans to formulate and supervise the implementation

11.拟订并监督执行新产品上市计划和预算；
To formulate and supervise the implementation of new product listing plans and budgets

12.负责与外部媒体、政府机关及相关社会机构建立良好的合作关系；Responsible for working with external media, government agencies and relevant institutions to establish good relations of cooperation

13.制定各项费用的申报及审核程序；
Develop the cost of the declaration and audit procedures

14.完成上级临时交办的工作。

 岗位要求Position requirements：
1.本科及以上学历，有熟练英语口头交流与书面表达能力；
Bachelor degree or above, with proficiency in English oral communication and written skills

2.有化学建材、建筑行业、涂料行业三年及以上市场管理经验；
 Chemical building materials, construction industry, coating industry and 3 years experience in marketing management

3.熟悉市场动态，了解市场需求变化，善于拟定市场营销策略，价格政策，能够根据市场竞争需要提出各种应变措施；
Be familiar with the market tendency, understand the market needs change, and be good at to formulate marketing strategy, price policy, to all sorts of strain measures are put forward according to the need of market competition

4.信息来源广泛，同客户有良好的人际关系；
Information sources, with the customer to have good interpersonal relationship

5.较强的组织能力、判断能力、谈判能力和应变能力，反应灵活，办事机敏，讲究效率；
