职位描述：
Responsible for sourcing project implementation management & coordination, ensuring the timely implementation of sourcing projects & realization of identified savings.
Will interact with multiple regional locations including Europe, Latin America, South America, North America.
Commodity Specific:
? Support global Project in regional facility delivers it on time on cost and on quality.
? Coordinate with regional teams to align and manage project related activities in all phases of project execution
? Report out project status from procurement perspective to project team
? Support sourcing Event (Big Tent/E-auction/tear down) Coordinator: IPO and regional facility coordinator for sourcing events
? Bring a bridge between Regional facility and IPO to generator cost optimization opportunity
? Work closely with region sourcing team and participate in sourcing projects in the early stage
? Work on ad hoc projects assigned by IPO Director
? MVT type analytics tool and relative whirlpool system training to IPO
? Support MVT type analytics for each region and the Global MVT analysts in collecting data and running regional workshops
? Regular travel is required

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelor or master degree in SCM/Engineering/other from a well-recognized university
? 3 year hands-on supply base management experience for a well-known company
? Have a basic product knowledge and project management experience preferred
? Good Analysis skills on data
? Some supply base quality and commodity specific technology experience
? Strong ability in both verbal and written communication
? Strong ability in cross-functional team communication and coordination
? Regular travel is requir
? Hard worker with the highest integrity and can-do attitude, excellent team player with good people skill
? Self-motivated and result-oriented person with minimal supervision and great potential to grow with Whirlpool
? Computer skills – MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
