主要职责

工作职责与责任

1 负责制订并维护产品的标准制造工艺流程及标准工时；
2 负责编制并维护标准作业指导书，并根据作业指导书内容对操作工进行培训；
3 负责跟踪与分析日常工艺次品、物料超耗情况并改进工艺；
4 负责分析制造工艺产能，优化工艺以提高产能；
5 负责设计并改进工装、夹具及工装校准检具；
6 负责制订工装、夹具及模具保养内容与计划；
7 对生产工艺成本担负直接责任；

4年以上相关行业工作经验
