职位描述：
1. Defining manufacturing headcount, equipment, and space capacity to support forecasted sales demand
？ 2. Standard time evaluation and manufacturing headcounts planning
？ 3. Capacity control, Monitor the manufacturing, logistics and ensure machine cycle time match the Tack times and so on
？ 4. The material transfer way analysis inside the workshop and between the outside warehouses.
？ 5. Support management team to drives the culture change to focus on lean techniques and processes improvement
？ 6. Wastes elimination based on the valve analysis, such as productivity increasing/capacity enhancement/space saving/ material flow optimization
 ？ 7. Continuously study and improve the manufacturing process and full check area to improve UPPH
？ 8. To optimize the layout, balance the machine, people and process, make OEE improvement proposal
？ 9. Direct manufacturing cost evaluation and make reasonable quotation for new process or product
？ 10. Lean production training to manufacturing departments
？ 11. Push lean production in shop floor and lead CI projects for efficiency increasing and cost saving
？ 12. Other assignment from engineering manager

Profession Competency:
1. Mechanical related major, bachelor degree, IE major is priority.
2. Project Management experience is desirable.
3. Above 3 years of experience in related industry, change management, lean manufacturing or lean administrations.
4. Experience in use of Management-Tools i.e. Kaizen, KVP, Six Sigma and 5S.
5. Good knowledge of capability study, problem solving, machine balance, people balance, Time measurement.
6. Know well about the basic improving concept and IE basic theory.
7. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
8. Good command of English and Chinese.
9. 6 sigma green belt/black belt is a plus

Management Competency:
10. Good team player.

12. Good skills on training.
13. Should be able to coordinate complex project among different functions/work shops.
