北京某知名房地产公司高薪诚聘总工程师
岗位职责：
1、负责制定和落实工程项目综合计划，并监督、控制工程项目计划的实施；
2、负责各专业施工的审核，并对施工现场的设备选型、材料选择、技术措施等技术标底进行审核；
3、负责工程巡查、现场施工监督，在施工现场统筹协调各类工程，合理、及时地处理施工现场的各类技术问题；
4、负责组织具体工程的验收，随时掌握工程施工进度、质量情况，督促工程项目按合同规定完成；
5、解决现场重大技术问题。
任职资格：
1、工程专业本科学历，年龄45岁以上；
2、具有丰富的相关专业知识和技术底蕴；
3、在房地产行业工作10年以上；
4、北京市知名房地产开发公司工作5年以上，参与过30万平方米以上精装项目；
5、同等职位（以上）或类似职位8年以上经历；
6、责任心强，敬业、做事决断、干练。
