1. 全日制各大艺术类院校的广告设计、美术专业或相关专业毕业。

2. 熟练运用Illustrator、Photoshop、Autocad、AfterEftect、Finalcut等设计软件，并具备较强的平面设计执行能力，能够根据客户要求独立完成场景设计和效果图制作。

3．优秀的创意能力和平面表现能力，设计功底扎实，较强的画面表现能力，整体性强。

4.良好的美术功底，具有扎实的美术基础，色彩感觉强烈，思维活跃富有创造性，想象力丰富。

5.准确把握客户需求，细节执行完美，擅于团队合作，性格开朗，能与策划师进行顺畅沟通。

6.为人正直，勤奋好学，能按时独立完成指定任务，高质高效且准时。
