2、一年以上专业影视广告制作公司工作经验，良好的美术基础和沟通能力；

3、熟练使用Premiere、AE、Photoshop等音视频剪辑、制作软件；

4、工作责任心强，熟悉工作流程、能独立快速完成剪辑制作；

5、掌握多变的镜头语言，丰富的视觉表达经验，良好的审美观和创新能力，善于学习和分析，富有创新精神；

6、具备良好的团队意识及服务意识，良好的职业道德和文化素养。 应聘时请带作品。
