Main Responsibilities:


The Financial Controller is responsible for the reporting of all financial information for the facility, evaluating the business decisions of the organization and recommending actions to CFO and the general manger, this includes tasks such as:




? Responsible for the most complex and interpretive financial analyses;

? Responsible for the US GAAP reporting preparation;

? Provide periodic reports and special studies for management;

? Responsible for coordinating Engine Joint Venture's annual budget process expense/service fee/staff forecasts, statistical reporting, including financial performance, variance explanations and cost analysis;

? Drive completion of operating plans, forecasts, and strategic plans;

? Start up and develop the internal control system and provide timely reporting in accordance with company policies, including compliance with local laws and regulations of countries

? Provide timely, accurate, fact-based, concise, risk-assessed, results-oriented information;

? Provide information to executive management using clear/concise business rationale and identify issues, opportunities, and recommendations;

? Provide project-related analyses;

? Establish and maintain effective relationships;

? Promote continuous improvement;

? Adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change;


Major activities:




? Planning:

ü Develop, analyze, and review EJV entities income statements and balance sheets for Operating Plans and Forecasts;

ü Develop assumptions used in forecasts and plans;

? Variance Reporting:

ü Perform in-depth analysis of actual to forecasted results;

? Special Projects:

ü Manage the preparation of special projects required for management to insure accurate and timely input for critical decisions

? Product Line Profitability:

ü Prepare and analyze product line statements of actual and forecasted results;

? Program Reviews:

ü Analyze and evaluate financial, marketing, and operational programs and their impact on results and make recommendations to senior management;

? Strategic Plan:

ü Facilitate development of strategies and analysis with/for senior management;

? Process Improvements:

ü Ongoing evaluation to streamline processes to improve effectiveness;

? Human Resource:

ü Direct supervision of Finance Analyst. Maintain teamwork attitude by assisting in development of skills of direct report;

ü Perform TPM's and establish individual goals



Basic Requirements:


? Bachelor degree or above in Accounting/Finance

? 8- 10 years relevant working experiences in multinational company and JV in accounting and finance in a progressive career growth path.

? Prefer to have sound experience in Finance Planning and Analysis and Cost accounting and working in a Manufacturing environment.

? Excellent English communication skills

? Familiar finance soft is prefer
