职位描述
eSSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Gathers business needs and works with Navistar/JAC to design solutions related to infrastructure projects including telecom that emphasize quality, innovation and value.
2. Provides technical project leadership to execute designed solutions in the plant
3. Insures business and user member satisfaction with IT service and support using various methods including but not limited to the following; Executive and management feedback meetings, Surveys, on-going contact and feedback from user members.
4. Assures suite of office automation applications and PC hardware and peripherals uphold high level of integrity, reliability, availability, and dependability.
5. Establishes and maintain purchased software license enforcement processes and procedures.
6. Ensures all JND end-user computing staff members are adequately trained on operation of relevant JND applications and systems administration.
7. Maintains common operations, standards, and service level measurements for support staff. Utilize measurements to determine proper staffing and work distribution.
8. Makes decisions on personnel actions. Assign personnel to projects and directs activities. Confer with and advise team members on administrative policies and procedures, technical problems, and methods.
9. Prepares activity and progress reports regarding information system operations.
10. Oversees business application systems implementation and maintenance.
11. Strives to meet or exceed performance targets including IT Service Level Expectations and agreements.
12. Maintains depth of knowledge of current technology and trends; stays abreast of new processes and implemented technologies through frequent interactions with engineering teams.
RELATIONSHIPS
A. Internal Contacts - Work closely with all departments of the Company in JND and NAV/JAC IT managers - Frequent contact with engineering to determine problem resolution.
B. External Contacts - Regular contact with computer software and hardware vendors and distributors; occasional contact with Telephone Bureau and Post &Telecommunication Administration when necessary.
Competences
· Good communication skills, analysis/plan and implementation skills, interpersonal skills, trouble shooting skills
· Desire to follow-up quickly on problems and tasks, with the ability to utilize all available resources in order to resolve issues promptly.
· Demonstrated excellence in customer service skills and ability to follow through to completion.
· Fluency in English and Chinese in writing, speaking.
· Implementation and support experience in ERP/PLM/MES/DMS and other business applications.
· Knowledge of network management and troubleshooting tools
· Ability to support collaboration tools (i.e., Email, faxing, document management)
· Knowledge of telecommunications troubleshooting; ability to work with providers
· Demonstrated troubleshooting skills in hardware and software arenas
· Demonstrable knowledge of networking, cabling specifications, and standards
· Ability to be on call, carry cellular communication device, and be available/on site within established Service Levels.
QualificationS
· University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication or equivalent.
· Two to three years experience in supporting computers, PC/LAN, telecommunication networks and project implementation
· 5 years experience in supporting ERP/PLM/MES/DMS and other business applications.
· Minimum 5 year of leadership experience in IT related industry.
