PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITES:


1. Control time management process, to maintain attendance record, OT records and all kinds of leaves monthly. And prepared monthly time report.
2. Handle monthly payroll and social security contribution both in Qoros and HR agency.
3. Make monthly salary slips for employee and send to them by post if needed.
4. Responsible for medical insurance handling & regular management. Timely updating the latest items and policy and dealing with employees' reimbursements.
5. Delivery C&B policy to employee, keep in regular communication path with department assistant.
6. Assist HRM to build up compensation & benefits system and other extra welfare. Provide adequate information and good analysis for improving current C&B system.
7. To be sensitive of all market information related to Compensation & Benefits.
8. Any other tasks per request & supervisor's directions.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
College degree or above, major in HR, Administration Management, English or related fields.
About 3 years time management experience in a multi-manufactory company, both in attendance control and C&B function experience is preferred.
Good communication skills both in Chinese and English.
With fluent MS-office Operation skills especially in Excel, PPT etc.
With good sense of figure and data analysis.
Customer-oriented, team spirit and interpersonal skills.
Be able to work independently and under pressure.

Be familiar with labor law, policy of social fund in Hefei, more other cities are a plus (Shanghai etc.).
Be active, energetic and self-motivated.
