？ 参与供应商选择
？ 完成工艺评审
？ 评价供应商的PPAP
？ 熟悉PCBA和EMS相关技术

要求：
？ 2~3年以上电子产品行业质量、产品或工艺相关工作经验
？ 了解电子产品及其零部件的制程
？ 了解汽车行业质量工具和体系

Job Responsibility:
？ Responsible as specialist for one or several materials groups for monitoring and securing quality of the materials groups
？ Initiating and introducing methods and processes, inclusive training in SQA Management internationally, as well as developing uniform standards.
？ Carrying out, steering and monitoring supplier releases development of the respective materials group.
？ Involvement in creation and implementation of the supplier strategy for the respective materials group.
Qualification:
A) Mandatory Experience
？ EMC (Electromagnetic Conformity)
？ ESD requirements and measurement
？ knowledge on drawings, specifications and test instructions
？ Storage of components and boards (FIFO, cleanliness)
？ solder paste handlin
？ stencil handling and cleaning
？ Solder Paste Inspection
？ Reflowovens
？ setup of production equipment
？ handling and feeding of PCBs in production
？ Automated Optical inspection
？ Huma Visual Inspection
？ Electronic Rework
？ hand soldering
？ process release and capacity checks
？ In Circuit testing
？ PCB singulation
？ FMEA, Controlplan, process flow diagrams
B) Further helpflul know how
？ Experience with Electronic Components
？ IPC 610
？ JEDEC 20
？ LED classes
？ MSL requirements
？ Traceability in warehouse and production
？ solder paste printing
？ Pick and Place Machinese (MFU, Qualification, forces, position accuracy, differences in machine types)
？ PCB materials (FR4, Flex, CEM, ...)

Hella’s Nanjing location is the newest addition to our group of development centers in China. In Nanjing, the Hella electronics and lighting divisions will be combined in one office. As the electronic content of automotive lighting products continues to increase, synergies between the lighting group and the electronic group will be more important in the years to come . Over the next three years the Nanjing facility will grow to over 200 engineers. Additional e x pansion in Nanjing is planned to include a test lab and a nearby production site.
