Responsibility 工作职责：
依照客户要求及FMEA规化详细的实验过程、实验方法、实验时间及实验样品数量，制定质量控制计划，包括DVP&R, AP 与内部及外部确定检验项及检验频次，确定零件及总成的检验方案, 制定检具方案。
进行客户要求评价；制定 DVP, CP；参与设计及过程FMEA；负责完成首件样品报告；制定并负责质量计划。
与内部及外部确定检验项及检验频次，确定零件及总成的检验方案, 制定检具方案。
进行项目的5门及8门审核，并形成行动计划，并据此进行跟踪。
Qualifications岗位要求：
工程技术类等相关专业本科及以上学历;
具备两年以上质保及审核的工作经验, 掌握一定的测量及测试技术, 具备VDA，QS9000及PPAP的基础；
具备熟练的英语听说读写能力
良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力
具备质量工程师职业资格证书者优先

?Create and update the SW quality assurance plan to ensure that SW project targets are in line with customer requirements and internal targets
?Perform the process audit according to the project defined process and track the non-compliance issues to closure
?Prepare and distribute quality reports
?Escalate the non-compliance issue to the management for resolution if needed
?Perform audits at second-tier suppliers if necessary
?Monitor compliance with specified quality measures (arising from reviews)
?Give essential process mentoring and support for the project team as needed to implement the process
?Drive special quality improvement programs by ASPICE/CMMI assessors
Necessary requirements
1.Bachelor degree or education above
2.English, fluent,
3.Work experience within automotive company and special in the embedded software development
4.Familiar with ASPICE/CMMI
5.Strong analytical skills and strong process thinking
Other requirements
1.Familiar with ISO/TS 16949 and QS 5 core tools
2.Well organized
3.Strong interpersonal and communication skill
4.Reliable, flexible and competent
5.Open-minded and team-orientated

Hella’s Nanjing location is the newest addition to our group of development centers in China. In Nanjing, the Hella electronics and lighting divisions will be combined in one office. As the electronic content of automotive lighting products continues to increase, synergies between the lighting group and the electronic group will be more important in the years to come . Over the next three years the Nanjing facility will grow to over 200 engineers. Additional e x pansion in Nanjing is planned to include a test lab and a nearby production site.
