BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
1.Advises the development and execution of quality programs.
2.Manages and trains team staff
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Responsible for customer audits, plan tours and customer corrective actions
2.Responsible for physical/reliability laboratory management
3.Responsible for supplier quality management
4.Establishes quality testing policies and process
5.Advises quality programs that lead to improvements in quality, costs and overall efficiency
6.Manages and trains a team of specialists in QA department
Dimensions / Scope
Leading a team of around 100 engineers and technicians
Interaction / Relationship
Customers
Sales and CS Team
Logistics
PE & ME in PRC Plants
PPC in PRC Plants
Leadership & Influence (For managerial level)
Demonstrated Leadership, Communications, Planning and Execution skills.
Education, Qualification and training
Degree / Higher Diploma holder in engineering field. Industrial or chemical engineering is preferred
Experience or skills required
1.At least 8 years of working experience in Quality Management in electronics field (PCB field is preferred), in which at least 5 years in managerial level
2.Stationed in our ZS Plant
3.Specialised knowledge or skills required
4.PCB field
5.Concept in quality management, e.g. SPC, 6 sigma, ISO9000, QS9000, TQM
Measurement
It is measured according to the performance based on the annual objectives set by the department.
