职位描述：
Responsibilities:

1. Category Management
？ To be able to analyze & understand responsible categories thoroughly and develop an own brand Strategy with Clear Product/Range Positioning versus the A brand and Competitors within the Market.
？ Forecasting of annual sales, margin & volume targets

2. Supplier Management
？ Assessing supplier capabilities in line with range development, product quality and innovation
？ Actively managing costs & trade margin of responsible OB Category
？ Trading terms negotiations
？ Lead time production (Initial Order) & delivery deadlines
？ Sourcing of International Brands

3. Product Development
？ To identify new product/range opportunities within the category and to work with Merchandising to create OB authority.
？ To identify USP of each product range

4. Internal Communication
？ To coordinate with all relevant departments within Watsons’ (China + Regional HK Office) to ensure smooth planning & timely roll out of Own Brand Products

Qualifications:
1. Minimum 5 Years Sourcing of Consumer Goods in Retail Industry, preferably in Health and Beauty products
2. Preferable with manufacture or retail work experience
3. Category management experience
4. Good knowledge and insights into own category product market.
5. Cross Functions understanding & cooperation
6. Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Chinese 举报 分享
