Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)
Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC’s global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. Driving for growth in key markets around the world, the business comprises areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance and asset management, with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking and wealth management solutions.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:
- Responsible to improve a group of Relationship(RM) investment performance by training, coaching and joint meeting.
- Training in various formats to improve RM's professionalism on investment.
- Coaching on individual RM for specific issues on investment cases.
- Joint meeting with RM to customers to close investment cases.
- Other ad hoc assignments related to investment performance management.

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachor degree and above
- Good command on English reading and writing.
- At least 5 years' experience in wealth management, w/w at least 3 years as RM.
- Strong acadamic background or experience in financial knowledge.
- Good insight on financial market, including macro-economy and various assets categories.
- Good communication skills to peers and customers.
- Self-motivated with mature personality.
