Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)
Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC’s global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. Driving for growth in key markets around the world, the business comprises areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance and asset management, with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking and wealth management solutions.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

• Manage and facilitate the delivery of Global Standards (GS) for China RBWM Pearl River Delta (PRD) projects, i.e. Retail Business Banking, Credit Card, Virtual Teller Machine, Online Savings Account etc. following Regional and Group guidance within defined timeline with adequate tracking and reporting to senior management
• Take execution decisions relating to China RBWM PRD GS solutions and escalation of issues, risks and dependencies, as appropriate
• Drive RBWM’s interests and ensure delivery to GS requirements according to Global Standards Steering Meeting’s (GSSM) agreed priorities
• Support GS related training & communication initiatives to embed GS into PRD business daily operations to develop the culture, hand-over matured GS framework & procedures to responsible teams and provide on-going guidance
• Liaise Local, Regional and Group stakeholders to realize smooth launch of PRD GS projects

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, related or equivalent field is required
At least five years proven and progressive relevant working experience
• Attentive to details to ensure appropriate operations action plans for updated policies and guidelines being duly instituted and implemented
• A good team player, is able to liaise with different teams from Local, Regional and Group levels and align interests on project delivery
• Able to tackle problems appeared during project deployment
• Well organized, demonstrate initiative, and able to manage multiple tasks and projects
• Good time management skills
• Positive towards challenges and pressure
