HSBC Operations, Services and Technology (HOST)
HSBC Operations, Services and Technology is a pivotal part of the Group, providing essential operational and technical support to our global businesses and helping improve customer service and efficiency. HOST combines global expertise and technology to help keep us ahead of the competition.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:
1. To answer customer enquiry over counter.
2. To perform cash service and other counter services to customer according to local regulations.
3. To receive and pre-check payment instruction for customers over the counter.
4. To handle various back office adminstration task.
5. To cross support other OPS position for both in-branch and cross branch when necessary.

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
1.Bachelor degree
2.Pleasant personality and hardworking
3.Strong sense of responsibility
4.Good communication and interpersonal skills
5.Familar with Windows and Microsoft office software
6.Fluent in oral English and Mandarine.
