Digital Sales Professional Job Description

具体的岗位职责：

Responsibility

1）按部门销售计划进行销售工作，完成销售指标及任务。

Meet sales target and task according the business plan initiated by the sales department.

2）配合当地其他业务团队共同拓展原有客户的在线业务；每季度保证能够拓展一定的在线业务项目；

Align with existing business teams together developing online business opportunities, and explore certain new business projects within targeted period.

3）独立完成新客户的在线业务拓展工作；每季度开拓新客户；

Handle and conduct new clients online promotion independently.

4）收集市场信息和用户反馈意见.整理竞争对手的最新状态及信息更新；

Prepare monthly market insight investigation report including but not limited clients application feedbacks and industry trends.

5）提出在线业务发展的合理化建议。

Make rationalization proposals is encouraged.

6）配合市场部共同宣传公司品牌，树立并维护公司形象。

Coordinate with Marketing team in the company branding promotion.

Requirements

1） 热爱互联网， 并致力于互联网相关工作的发展；

Passionate in intranet and related jobs.

2） 热爱销售工作并具备较强抗压能力；

Love sales job and can work under big pressures.

3） 较强的沟通及表达能力，能够独立开拓市场及内部沟通协调能力；

Good communicating skills and present abilities, confidence in new marketing exploration and internal cooridinations.

5） 较强的逻辑思维能力；

Good in logically thinking.

6） 较强的责任心与应变适应能力；

Strong responsility is as well as adaption and changing on demanding.

7） 能独立组织销售工作， 具备独立客户开发能力；

Conduct independent sales work and clients developing.

8） 流利的英文读写能力；

Be skillful at English reading and writing.

9） 具有良好的团队合作意识；

Good team player.

10）其他要求： 如果您有咨询顾问经验、广告研究经验及传播经验、有快速消费品、汽车及IT行业背景经验或者有1年及以上互联网或社会化媒体销售经验者优先。

If you have experiences or backgrounds in consulting, advertisement and media, FMCG, Auto, IT or at least one year above intranet and social media sales practices etc., are highly preferred and appreciated.
