Marketing (MKT)

HSBC Marketing exists to drive top-line revenue growth for our Global Businesses by leveraging clearly identified marketplace opportunities, brand strength, customer insights and creative passion to yield sustainable long-term growth for the budgets and resources deployed.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

1. Support CMB/GBM revenue growth via establishing effective and targeted communication platform and campaigns
2. Lead the local activation of global communication campaigns and events
3. Enhance thought leadership and international connectivity via marketing campaigns.
4. Develop customer communication strategy based on research findings.
5. Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders for campaign planning
6. To maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring.
Successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

Strong and consistent communication skills and ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple teams in multiple locations
• Broad based business experience, ideally within a large blue chip Financial Services brand
• A range of Marketing Planning experience, including demonstrable success in understanding and working with strategic viewpoints and hypotheses, with ability to make sound judgment of marketing plans
• Proven ability to work on multi-function projects demonstrating excellent relationship building skills
• Experience of project management driving for greater value through the smart application of resource
• Proven ability to be a self-starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment
• Ability to think innovatively, shaping and communicating new concepts
• Can work independently, both at a strategically and tactical level
