职位描述：
Key responsibilities
Planning:
？ Gather needs all sales channels (domestic, export etc) and regions concerning China operation
？ Control and manage optimum plant inventory level (Finished products & Raw material), anticipate action to take so as to ensure the daily work of the warehouse.
？ Product aging analysis and management according to the rules set up by China Supply Chain manager
？ Provide clear guideline in order to ensure optimum production plan.
Sales / Operation Interface:
？ Communicate with different departments in order to solve / optimize issue with regards to company performance and customer satisfaction
？ Take active participation in transversal study / action implementation
Purchase and logistic:
？ Manage, optimize and negotiate all logistic services (inbound and outbound).
？ Work closely with China RDC Coordinator to ensure the transport service T1 (plant to RDC).
？ Assist to set up and maintain together with QHSE department and production proper specifications for each RM & Package material in order to guarantee customer satisfaction.
？ Ensure the procurement of all raw materials (in collaboration with other interlocutors for molasses) and propose new solutions in order to optimize our operational expenses.
？ Follow up key procurement indicators for main RM & Package material in order to anticipate any changes on supply market
Continuous improvement:
？ Guarantee safety, hygiene and quality at all stage and steps of the Supply Chain. Is direct responsible for the safety within Supply Chain.
？ Analyze, synthesize and drive all IT and Lean Manufacturing programs concerning supply chain aspects.
Professional Knowledge, Experience and Educational Level 专业知识经验和教育水平
？ Bachelors’ Degree or above in logistic, purchase, business or engineering science
？ At least 8 years of experience in related field, and at least over 5 years in manager roles.
？ Fluent in Chinese, English.
？ Familiar with Chinese regulation & international standard regarding logistic.
？ Strong communication and leadership skills.
？ Experience with trending analyses, ability to use and create complex spreadsheets for scheduling performance tracking/trending, building reports.
？ Ability to lead projects and programs with a positive attitude.
？ Organized, attentive to details, ability to prioritize and to handle multiple projects with competing deadlines.
？ Proven strong problem solving ability with attention to root cause.
？ Superior communication and customer service skills required.
？ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. 举报 分享
