Position Title: Finance Manager/Senior Finance Manager

Leading the Finance Department of Watson China South-East Market covering the following areas:


Responsibilities:

？ Prepare budget and forecasting for South-East Market, handle management reporting related affairs;

？ Detailed or Ad hoc reporting / analysis;

？ IRR track: new store investment, analyze the profitability of investment project and other IRR analysis;

？ Identifies and facilitates process improvements across the entire market;

？ Support south market’s daily operation, communicate with different function departments;

？ Liaison with local bank, local & national tax bureau and other government authorities; and

？ Supervise a team of finance staff in South-East Market.



Requirements:

？ Bachelor or above. Graduated in Accounting or Finance is Preferred;

？ Minimum 6 years of working experience in finance with at least 2 year in middle management team;

？ Must be hands on, hardworking and willing to lead and follow the lead independent, initiative and a problem solver;

？ Strong communication and leadership skills;

？ Able to work under pressure;

？ Good command of written and spoken English including Mandarin; and

？ A pro-active and supportive team player.


Supervision Received:

Reporting to South China Finance Controller and South-East Market leader, works under general supervision; finished work is reviewed for attainment of objectives and adherence to guidelines and procedures.
