Risk

Global Risk is a thriving and expert risk management function supporting HSBC globally with all aspects of risk management. The team actively manages a varied and dynamic range of risk types, including security, fraud, information security, operational, credit, pension, insurance, compliance, regulatory, market, reputation and geopolitical risks. All parts of the Global Risk team use their skills, insight and integrity to handle established threats and those they see emerging, acting to protect and enable HSBC to deliver sustainable growth.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

- To perform collection activities on delinquent personal credit accounts (especially on hard-core or critical delinquent cases) and high risk outstanding security accounts across HBCN branches as per relevant collection strategies and procedure

- To identify high risk customers and potential credit loss account/portfolio during daily operations, timely report to management, recommend and perform prompt risk mitigation actions

- To preparing prompt and correct Management Information and returns on delinquency situation and collection performance;

- To develop reports on delinquency portfolio and collection efficiency

- Other ad-hoc projects or reports

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

- Bachelor degree (recognized by the state) or above, major in business/finance/legal related

- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience

- Have sufficient collection related knowledge understanding on local regulations

- Good customer services, communication and problem solving skills

- Enthusiasm and be able to work under pressure

- Proficiency in written and oral English

- Proficient PC skill, especially in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
