We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

1. Assist SFTZ DM to manage the sub-branch to ensure overall effectiveness and efficiency in all aspects of the branch operations in a fast changing SFTZ environment.

2. To act as DM delegated representative to support CRE/SFR/GPU if needed.

3. To co-ordinate and conduct daily administrative work for the branch including ad hoc tasks to quickly satisfy SFTZ internal and external customers.

4. To provide guidance to branch security guard, clearner on various issues.

5. To assist HTS DM on daily branch management in terms of staff management, regulatory compliance, relationship building and public affairs, etc.

6. To Assist HTS DM in maintain cordial relationship with the local government authorities/regulators/external parties and ensure that smooth communication channels are established for business/operation needs

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

1. Internal guidelines and local laws & regulations , Banking knowledge & office automation

2. Command of English & PC operations

3. Coordination tactics, Communication skills, Bargaining technics in commodity sourcing

4. 1-3 relavant working experience 5. Bachelor degree (recognized by the state)
