HSBC’s global capabilities and footprint allow our Global Banking teams to provide a single coverage point for multinational clients operating internationally. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
• To maximize the revenues of customer portfolio and increase the Bank’s share of customers wallets
• To maintain a high level of credit quality in the jobholder’s customer portfolio and to mitigate the hidden risks of the evolving Global Banking products
• To build effective customer relationships and to become the customers’ preferred financial partner and trusted advisor.
• To coordinate the CST to ensure the clients’ needs are covered in a proactive and efficient manner.
• To maximize the effectiveness of subordinates, and provide guidance to his/her career development.
• To support the Sector Heads / Team Heads in operational and strategic issues.

Qualifications
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
• A university degree (recognized by the state) holder with at least 5 to 8 years of Corporate Banking experience in top-tier financial institutions.
• Extensive experience in managing the large corporates and structuring sizable/complex lending transactions
• Proven success in achieving notable cross-sell success jointly with product partners.
• Conversant with the HSBC credit policies and lending culture.
• Fluent speaker of English, and Mandarin.
