职位：财务分析经理/财务分析专员

Main Responsibilities:
1.Prepare weekly and monthly brand Sales and P&L performance analysis to detect business insight or business issue to take action and follow up the result timely
2.Drive and work closely with the various cross function Department including Operation, Marketing, Development to provide professional value adding impactful services to improve market management decision quality and deliver operating profit growth
3.Closely work with headquarter planning to support all kinds of related tasks
4.Complete various ad hoc requests on an needed basis delegated by the line manager or as required by internal customer


Major –
– BA required; analytical degree preferred (e.g., Economics, Finance)
Experience –
– 5+ years relevant work experience (e.g., planning, analysis, reporting)

Characteristics –
– Strong organizational skills, with ability to work independently and multi-task in a complex, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
– Superior analytical and financial modeling skills, with ability to succinctly interpret data for executives and frame business issues in a straightforward manner
– Resourceful nature, with strong problem-solving and customer-service orientation
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to convey sophisticated concepts in a clear and compelling way
– Strong internal motivation, intellectual curiosity, logical thinking and desire to have a large impact on our organization
– Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
– Good at English reading
