Position Title: (Senior)Property Officer-Site Development

I. Duties and Responsibilities 工作职责
l Network planning
1. Manage and Implement network planning process to achieve development
2. Collect and analyze trade zone information including competitor information.
l Manage current stores
Communicate and cooperate with regional manager, assets manager, and store development and operation team to resolve sort store issues, such as negotiation with landlord for rent reduction, release, est.
l New store development
1. Keep sufficient pipeline for new store.
2. Ensure the good performance on the KPI of new store including new store count, sales, SOP, store week, est.
3. Observe the rule of development policy and procedure.
4. Cooperate with construction team to support new store opening.
5. Manage the reasonable relationship with landlord and government.
II.Personal Qualities&Qualifications 个性品质及任职资格
● At least 2 years’ work experience in property sector.
● Data and Information Management, proficiency in both spoken and written English
● Preferable with Operations and Construction work experience.
● Strong execution, passion for analysis, initiative to sort issues and excellent communicator
III.Key Measuring Parameters 主要考核指标
● Network planning: fulfillment rate of 90%.
● Manage current stores: fulfillment rate of 70%.
● New store development: the sales and SOP of new store should meet 75% or above. The new store count and store weeks should meet the personal annual target.
