Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provide administrative support and assistance to the recruitment process.

2. Take care of the on-board process and p-file management.

3. Recruit qualified employees for store by conducting various stages of selections.

4. Screen the applications, score tests, conduct telephone/face-to-face interviews and recommend suitable short-list candidates to the line managers in compliance with Corporate policies & procedures:

a) - Search and develop new recruiting channels within budget.

b) - Communicate with line managers to update recruiting requirements.

c) - Develop a pool of potential candidates, balancing both quality and quantity.

5. Establish and maintain contacts with sources of employment such as talent market， related internet recruiting companies and other recruitment vendors.

6. Other tasks assigned by recruitment manager.

Personal Qualities&Qualifications

● University graduate (college and other tertiary education qualifications may be considered in exceptional cases).

● Preferably with some working experiences (about 1 year) in HR department of multi-national company.

● Knowledge, skills, competence and personality in the above competence areas.

● Proficient in PC skills.

● Competent in handling administrative matters.

● Able and willing to work under pressure.

● With pleasant personality and be a good team player.

● With excellent communication and analytical skills.

● Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese/Mandarin.
