Job Duties:

- To research and support development of competitive/innovative benefits schemes to increase staff motivation and performance

- To support review of benefits programme and develop of new initiatives

- To work with internal departments/various HR teams and external vendors to implement benefits policies

- To communicate and educate internal customers on benefits related policies and practices;

- To provide guidance and support to Branch HR colleagues on specified Branch benefits polices.

- To streamline the procedures by the continuous review and improvement of reward systems and processes.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor degree (recognized by the state);

- 5 years of HR experiences, 2-3 years’ experiences in reward is preferred;

- Solid HR and reward knowledge;

- Strong analytic skills;

- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.

- Good English writing and speaking ability; and

- Proactive working attitude and team player.
