Global Service Delivery

Within HSBC Technology and Services, Global Service Delivery is a business-aligned, customer-servicing organisation with the primary objective of driving operational excellence across our businesses worldwide. Achieving this through the consolidation, simplification and continuous improvement of processes across the full range of HSBC operations, the division simultaneously takes responsibility for managing operational, location and processing risk and ensuring that services provided are at a best-in-class price point for the required quality level.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Payment Service Assistant SD Nantong.

In this role, you will:

·To pass payment entries in system and prepare outward payment instruments including DJPZ, cheques/draft and out-station TT through various payment channels;

·To Handle customer enquiries related to RMB payments and assist Section Head RMB payment in handling customer complaints;

·To balance related account;

·To scan paper instructions to SPC and reconcile relevant system reports.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

·Simple verbal and written English;

·Quick type;

·Basic PC knowledge;

·1-3 years’ working experience and RMB settlement experience is preferred.
