Global Payments and Cash Management

As more corporate and institutional clients continue to consolidate their banking activities with the introduction of payments and cash management services, the potential growth of this business is substantial. Our customers view our regional client service proposition as a key element in deciding with whom to mandate their business.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of CMB Corporate Sales Manager PCM.

In this role, you will:

·Responsible for identification / origination of new business opportunities within the Commercial Banking (CMB) client portfolio and successfully translate this into revenue by:

a) appropriately scoping out clients who will be targeted by the PCM CMB sales team for complex PCM sales and those which will be directly sold to by RM’s as part of the overall selling to the portfolio;

b) identification of complex/international opportunities for referral to PCM Sales Managers and CMB RMs;

·Development of packaged/sector based solutions working in conjunction with PCM product teams and CMB Business Management with the aim of enhancing penetration of PCM products in the CMB portfolio;

·Work closely with the PCM CMB regional teams in order to drive consistency and ensure regional/global initiatives where applicable are deployed in country- effectively and consistently;

·Organize with PCM Sales, CMB RMs and Marketing, customer focus group discussions/ customer seminars particularly to promote international and create leads through a one to many approach;

·Work closely with Client Management and PCM Product teams to simplify the fulfilment and onboarding models with an aim to have relationship managers complete the sales process;

·Collaborate closely with Business Management teams and PCM Sales, RMs in country order to operationalism the sales strategy;

·Work effectively across teams (onshore and offshore) to create synergy and value for the business;

·Develop awareness of the Group and Regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with Group standards;

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

·Bachelor degree holder or above（recognized by the state);

·Minimum 5 years related working experience, of which at least 3 years are related to transactional banking business;

·Proactive, innovative and creative thinking;

·Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;

·Well organized and good attention to details;

·Self motivated, desire to learn independently and work under high pressure;

·Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin;
