Job Location: Ipsos Shanghai Office

Business Unit: Ipsos Business Consulting

Report to: Head of BC Shanghai Office and indirect reporting lines to both the Senior Manager in BC Shanghai and Global MarComm Manager of BC

Duties：

a) Identify / Compile / Contact key publication agencies for China to keep our team updated on upcoming themes for magazines / online newsletters etc. so that we selectively choose to contribute

b) Conduct own research on 3-5 industries to identify article topics, as well as conduct interviews with industry experts / associations for article development

c) Write, edit and produce marketing materials including articles while ensuring quality to editorial styles and standards

d) Plan and coordinate for business seminars and networking events with the support of Business Development team

e) Work with BC’s global MarComm Manager to ensure alignment of China and global BC initiatives

f) Support the editing of proposals and reports prior to client delivery on a regular basis

Specific requirements:

a) University graduate with major in communications, journalism, public relations, or related fields

b) Effective communicator and writer, with high proficiency in both oral and written English with demonstrated experience and skill

c) Strong attention to detail with excellent interpersonal skills

d) Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs. Skill in page layout programs and other software a bonus

e) Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle numerous assignments simultaneously and bring to completion

f) Ability to work in a team environment, and manage interns for ad-hoc staff
