Position: MANAGER (Report to Office Head / Senior Manager)

Project Management and Execution (50%)

？ Manage and execute all types of projects

？ Signoff and endorse project deliverables

？ Provide consultancy advice and recommendations for projects

？ Oversee project management on fee, time, resources, team members

？ Provide client liaison and management

？ Review project reports and deliverables

？ Conduct project presentation

？ Oversee quality of project deliverables

Business Development and Selling (with sales target) (25%)

？ Perform business development with new clients

？ Conduct sales and acquire projects

？ Conduct BC credentials presentations to clients

？ Provide advice and propositions on project focus to clients

？ Prepare proposals for clients

？ Perform client management

？ Contribute articles for PR purposes

Team / Staff Management (25%)

？ Manage team(s) of staff

？ Oversee workload allocation of staff

？ Oversee staff performance

？ Provide staff development and training

Key Competencies

？ Specific or cross Industry knowledge

？ In-depth know-how on business / marketing consultancy, research and analysis

？ Experience in managing large scale and multi-countries consulting or research projects
